Works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! I use the pods for my coffee and when the family comes, I use the carafe. It heats up very quickly and works great. I love the extra frothy attachment if I want a specialty drink. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the DualBrew Pro. There are so many features in a compact but elegant look. It has a lot of power without taking a lot of space. The versatility of this wonderful brewing system gives many options when it comes to beverages. Even better is that cleanup is a breeze and can be washed by hand or even detaches to fit in your dishwasher.

Be your own barista
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super nice coffee maker for the coffee enthusiast. You can be your own barista making specialty coffees it makes a strong cup of coffee half the water to mix with your flavorings or over ice . My favorite part is the frother on the side I foamed up my vanilla almond milk and choc zero caramel for a specialty coffee. It has a kcup option or full carafe or a cup from your own grounds. The water system is very unique it has a different setting for just hot water for tea or oatmeal. And the water reservoir can be placed on the side or the back for space saving. Also it is very nice looking and cleared up my counter. I put my big coffee maker and my kcup away and its smaller than either of them.

Impressed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine. The Ninja CFP301 DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System, Single-Serve, Pod, and 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker is a delight. Set up took a few minutes to figure out but it was smooth drinking after that. I use the single serve cups once in a while and the full pot for the morning. It is easy to transition from one to the other. The water vessel can be on the side or the back. It can do iced coffee and specialty coffees too. It has a milk frother if you like that. I like the richness settings. I highly recommend this coffee maker.

Best coffee maker ever!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this coffee maker, I can tell a lot of thought has gone into it. It’s awesome to have the ability to brew pods or a regular pot of coffee whenever I want, fast and easy. I think the three prong piercing mechanism is an great idea for the pods, they seem so much more flavorful. I love being able to decide where I want my water tank, on the side or the back, so ingenious!! The milk frother works great, it’s really nice being able to add a finishing touch to my coffee creations.

Versatile Machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ninja has outdone itself again! I’ve owned many of their products and this one is my new favorite. I have a household of coffee drinkers, so this machine gets a lot of use. I typically brew a pot or two daily, which is as easy as a turn of a dial and a push of a button. I love the digital dial which lets you choose the size of your cup/mug/pot. In addition, you can also choose regular, bold, specialty, or cold brew. What makes this machine unique is that you can also use pods for single servings. This is so convenient for a quick mug when the pot is empty, or when only one person wants a cup. We also have hot tea drinkers in the family. To make tea, just switch the knob and you instantly have hot or boiling water for tea. Another highlight I love is the milk frother that attaches and is stored right on the machine. No more looking for attachments and figuring out how they work. Just swing out the arm, push a button, and done. It also detaches with a quick twist for easy washing. Even the measuring scoop hangs right on the machine. No more searching through junk drawers to find it! Ninja has really thought of everything this time. This is a great machine for coffee and tea drinkers of all kinds!

Awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee system is awesome. There are lots of really good features. I like that you can use both k-cups and coffee grinds. I also like that it comes with a milk frother. You can set this up to boil water for you and the water dispenses from a separate tube, so you won't get any coffee residue going into your hot water cup (note - you can get just regular hot water for tea, or boiling water). Last night, I set everything up so that my coffee would be brewed and ready for me at 6am. Then when my husband got up an hour later, the coffee was warm and ready for him too. There are different brew styles, so if you want an iced coffee, there is a different setting for that (stronger coffee?) so that your drink isn't too watered down. There is a cleaning function but I have not tried that out yet. At first, this machine was a little intimidating because there are quite a few different settings, but once we started using it, we found that it is very intuitive and easy to use. I love that you can use this one machine to make all kinds of different drinks - cappuccinos, lattes, iced coffee, hot tea. Only downsides to this (and they are minor) are that, you have to heat your milk in the microwave before you froth it since the frother obviously does not heat your milk (again, not a big deal for me). Also - we noticed that we had to switch the dispenser to "closed" before removing the carafe and pouring a cup of coffee after the brew was complete because if we didn't, it dripped onto the warming ring (also not too big of an issue). Overall, excellent product, and I'm excited to try lots of different coffee drinks!
