Like Ninja products, not so much this one.

Bought a couple of weeks ago & not crazy about this product. 1) why can’t I stop the cooking when needed. It has to time out, otherwise the remaining time stays on. It’s as if the off is not working. Also, do not like that the toasting rake doesn’t come out when the door opens. 2) doesn’t toast bread very well even on the highest setting. Am I doing something wrong? Have not tried baking or air frying yet, so we’ll see. It is nice and compact, just hoping I am missing something on the functions.

Just bulky

I definitely don’t care for it. Better off with a regular toaster and a regular air fryer and get the point to flip up, but it’s just bulky in. It’s not worth it.

Help!

I bought the SP101 15 months ago and it worked really well for a until a few months ago. We used it daily for the toast/bagel functions and cleaned it regularly according to the instructions. We noticed orange grease behind the back panel that looked like the fan mechanism was leaking. It kind of looks like an electrical burn. Looking at other reviews, it looks like others have noted this issue as well. About a month ago, the internal light started turning on randomly like it was about to start (without us touching it). Then, the knob that is supposed to start it stopped working. It still powers on but will no longer "start" so it essentially doesn't function.

Love this

I have two other Ninja flip toaster ovens and this is my third. I really like this one more than the other two. Only thing I wish this one had it where the back of it opens to get the rest of the crumbs out like the other two do. That is my only downfall on this.
