Distressed or distressing?

This is absolutely the ugliest carpet I've ever seen! I looks like it belongs to someone's grandma and was stored in a damp, moldy dusty garage for a decade and is ready for the landfill. The colors are absolutely dead, not like the picture. I will return it as soon as I can figure out how.

Not as pictured - much more shimmery and silver than pictured. We returned it - too light for our room.

A really lovely rug

I was having a hard time finding a rug that would work with my chosen color scheme, until I found this one. The colors are gorgeous and lush. It also holds up really well with vacuuming. I have pet finches, so the rug gets vacuumed twice a day. I've had so many compliments on my rug, I really love it!

Soft and Elegant

I bought this for my dining area, but the dining area is also the first room of the apartment one enters and it is just a lovely, welcoming element setting the tone for my home. The rug is also very soft and just beautiful to look at. I'm extremely happy with this purchase.
