Rug return

The rugs were not the correct size. I took them to the Macy’s store in Pittsburgh, PA and was told to send them back UPS. I asked if the rugs could be returned to the store and I had two salesmen on two different occasions tell me yes, but the process is difficult. On both occasions there were not other customers in the store. Not happy at all and will not purchase any Macy furniture in the future.
