Cute Top but Runs Big

It's nicely made, and the material is thick and stretchy. I'm 5'2" (200 lbs.), so any plus size top is always too long on me, and I have to usually hem them. I would have loved to have kept it and just hemmed it, but the 1X runs more toward a 16X than a 14X, so it was slightly too big under the arms and through the hips. I might even could have worn a 0X if that size was available.
