Outdoor chairs

For the price, they are good. Cushions are comfortable. I did not realize it would come in two boxes and needed to be put together.

Five piece outdoor set.

The boxes came opened and damaged. I called Macys for a price adjustment. I bought the set online. Didn’t come till July 8,2024. I placed the order July 3,2024. The person I spoke to connected me to another person. And this went on for 6 different people. No one was able to help me. The man told me to return the set to the store. I said it’s furniture & I can’t carry the boxes. Then he said Macys can’t help me because it came from an outside vender. If I knew that I would not have purchased the set from Macys. The price reduction was a significant amount. As it went on sale after I purchased the set.
