We are enjoying our new dishes, although they are heavier and thicker, resulting in our smaller plates not fitting in the upper rack of our dishwasher.

Disappointing

Chips very easily. Not very happy with this set at all. I had a Noritake set that lasted me 26 years and this set has barely lasted me two.

Need 2 broken mugs replaced

Need 2 broken mugs replaced and due to my lack of knowledge with tech issues this is turning into multiple emails repeating problem constantly. Tried to send 3 photos today and hope they were received.

Pflattscroft Sadie Blue Dinner Set

I ordered 2 sets of dishes and they came in 2 ones. 1 mug was broken so I called to see if I could exchange the broken mug for a new mug and was told I would have to send back one of the sets back. Then I would be sent a new replacement set after they received the bad set. I got an email stating that they received the set and would be issuing a gift card. I was told they did not have anymore sets of the dinner sets. I was really mad because. I had been told that I would get a replacement set. Also I should have gotten a refund not a gift card. Very dissatisfied with the handling of this situation.

Packaging is terrible/Many broken items!

I ordered 3 sets of 4 place settings of the Pfaltzgraff Sadie Blue dinnerware. I really like the pattern and weight. The reason that I cannot give a 5 star rating is there were broken pieces in every set. In one box there were 2 broken bowls, in another box there was a broken mug and a broken dinner plate, in the third box there was a broken dinner plate, a broken salad plate and a broken mug. So I do not have a complete place setting for 12. To achieve this, I will be forced to either order another place setting or to go to another web-site where they sell single pieces. I tried to enter my concerns on the Macy's chat feature, but it is not available before 8 or after 6, which makes it hard to use for someone who works traditional hours. (Perhaps you should allow customers to use this feature with the disclaimer that responses will take place between x am and x pm?) Clearly packaging is sub-par. I don't believe this is a "Macy's" issue. I believe this is all on Pfaltzgraff.
