Figure it out.

I was very much looking forward to my new bag - until it showed up. Do not make the same mistake I did - it is not safe to assume (for the price point as well as it's marketing) that this bag includes a power bank. Only after realizing this did I poke around the product page and find that the information is collapsed / hidden in fine print - shame. I do not support this kind of business activity or appreciate the inconvenience (return process and my upcoming trip in a few days). I regret not going with the other options (other vendors) when I was making my purchase - I should have never bought this bag.

The computer section is nice

The computer section is nice but takes up too much room in the luggage main compartment. You need to use the expandable section just to be able to take a "normal" amount in another comparable luggage brand. Otherwise would get 5 stars.

Received and On the road again....

Received my new suitcase and 12 hours later I boarded a flight. The wheels rolled smoothly, which was a huge thing for me. My last suitcase didn't. I loved the laptop pocket on the outside and used it the whole trip. I saw where people said that the pocket took up too much space from the inside. But, I didn't think so. I loved the way each side section had a zippered cover and not those elastic straps. Sturdy but lightweight to carry. Love my new bag...

Good but smaller than expected

The bag is great, as always with TravelPro, but it is quite small, and the website dimensions don't quite match the actual measurements of the bag. All dimensions are off between 0.5 and 1 inch (smaller) on all three dimensions. Build quality is good, wheels are excellent, and the pocket in the front is perfect. The zipper for the computer pocket has a hard time going around the bends, but seems sturdy.

Hesitant but glad

I am a bisiness traveler and find myself on flights every-other week. I was looking for another bag as my existing bag had loose wheels. I was hesitant to purchase a hard sided bag, but took a chance on this one. I'm glad I did. The bag is a good size and is great quality. The wheels on this bag are amazing! They roll smoothly and track extremely well. You can surely tell the quality of this bag from the moment it arrives. I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone on the fence.
