Different wash/ different fit

I got my first pair of jag jeans at a consignment shop. New with tags! Loved the fit but wanted same without distress. Ordered a pair with same name and style number but no distressing. I like them but they do not fit like the same size at all. Much tighter. The waistband on these jeans is great
