Macy’s online is horrible!

After initially purchasing a beautiful brown bag, I decided black would be better wha returned the brown bag. Needless to say that’s when my nightmare started. Twice!!! Macys decided to try and fool me by sending me what appeared to be a returned bag previously purchased. Each time in worst condition than the first. Embarrassing that Macy’s has fallen so low and I will no longer shop with them. Oh yea, being a platinum card member meant nothing when shopping here.

Small and poor quality for RL price

Small for a men’s backpack. Appears to be for a boy or small man.Use the one shoulder strap look-it slides off easy. Straps not a RL quality you would expect for the price. Questionable if it’s real leather.
