Brakes very easy!

I purchased my second salad shooters April 19, 2025, thinking maybe the shredder cone had been updated to not brake so easily. This one broke on my second use. Terrible terrible quality! If it was made all of metal it might last longer. Very unsatisfied with these cones.

The grater cones keep falling apart

This is the third Salad shooter I e purchased in the last two years because the plastic around the grater broke. I never thought to just buy the broken part. While I like be the product, there must be a way to make the cones last…

WOW! Love this!!

This salad shooter works & is handy in that the pieces interchange easily & they clean up well. Does a great job grating anything quickly or slicing with the 2nd attachment. It is so fast easy. It is compact, light weight, and easy to clean. It can also be taken to a different meal prep location. What I love most is that I can open a zip-lock bag & "shoot" the prepared food right into a ziplock bag for the freezer, or have it grate cheese and shoot it right onto a casserole without needing to touch any of the food. It eliminates a step and cuts down dirty meal prep dishes!

The salid shooter.

I have a regular size salid shooter. It is about thirty years old. I use it mostly for shreading cabbage and carrots for coleslaw. It has worked flawlessly all this time. So I brought this larger professional salid shooter thinking hay it should work better right. Well it did not. Not enough power and it did not cut the cabbage up like it should of. It left pieces in the slaw which I had to pick out. Waste of time.
