Soft and comfortable hybrid! Pillows are trash.

Most hybrid mattresses tend to be more on the firm side especially since you typically use them without a box spring. This one is soft, cushy, bouncy and super comfortable. The bounce is very much the same as an inner spring mattress but without the motion transfer. It's the best of both worlds. Now the free pillows are a different story. The pillows were cheap, cheap, cheap! They wouldn't even support an egg. They went straight in the trash.

Primo Regal Cloud 12" Plush Hybrid Mattress

The pillows were simply awful! They never expanded or filled out. They stayed flat as a pancake and are absolutely worthless. The mattress is ok for a young teen, but for an adult to sleep in every night, it probably wouldn't be very comfortable for very long.

Mattress very comfortable. Pillows were useless.

Got 2 for my Kids and so far they love the comfort. I was worried at first when they misshapen out of the box but by next day they plumped up. Now as for those free pillows… SMH they should not bother offering them anymore. Flat and useless. Very disappointed.

I was so suprise when I open the package. It was perfect in the size and softness. I would recommend this.

TO SLEEP OR NOT TO SLEEP....

The delivery was timely and the delivery guys were SUPER polite and courteous. Wonderful surprise! I am on-the-fence about the quality of the mattress, though. It isn't even like one you would buy NOT in a box. The mattress has not filled out to the even "rectangle" as in the advertised photo; it's uneven along the edges. It still has some curves and it doesn't line up with the box springs that are an even rectangle. It is also softer on the edge and firmer as you make your way towards the middle. It should be firmer on the outer edges, I think. My husband's first night on it and he woke up and fell off the bed because of the weaker sides. He's in great physical shape so we know it was the bed's fault. It does seem firm but we'll see. Thanks for asking!!! Camille
