DISAPPOINTED

This kettle was bought in November and it's already no good, the spout has broken and when the water boils the handle is very HOT.. you can get burnt...am very disappointed will never buy again.

Disappointed Look and Awful Packaging or Shipping

There were many dents and bruises on the box that the kettle was delivered in. The box was twice the size of the kettle, but the kettle was not wrapped in any protective covering. As well, it does not look like it is stainelss steel. The kettle looks like its made of a cheap aluminum.
