Not too bad.. softer than I expected.

The feel are good, ...however, a little soft for me, unable to hold my head, maybe my head is a bit heavy. it sinks almost to the bottom of pillow. If they can have other design for a bit firm, that would be excellent.

Not supportive

The contour pillow is so thin and not supportive. Had high hopes, but this pillow wasn't it!
