Never received package!!

Worst customer service for delivery I never received my package. I track it and said UPS does not have possession of item yet.

Tree looks great

I am very disappointed in the way the tree arrived. The box is all cut up and taped up all over. This is supposed to be a Christmas present for a friend and now I have to repair the box to make it a little presentable. I thought Macy's was better than that.
