    • Clean only with water-based shampoo or foam upholstery cleaner. Do not over wet. Do not use solvents to spot clean. Pile fabrics may require brushing to restore appearance. Cushion covers should not be removed and laundered.

Love it!

Ok so I purchased this sofa in Dec and was told it would not be in stock until Feb... Well it arrived yesterday and I love it more than I did in the store... FYI the color mocha is not brown, which is why I almost didn't purchase because I did not want a brown couch, BUT, the salesman showed me the mocha color swatch, it's more of a charcoal gray, but I knew this and wanted a gray couch so yippy for me.. Also if you visit the show room, check out all the color swatches, this sofa comes in many different colors but at a higher price...

In love...

I also purchased couch late November and was told it was back ordered so it would not come until mid or late February! I was bummed but my boyfriend and I had such a hard time choosing a right fit for the both of us, so when we saw this and BOTH loved it, we knew we had to suck it up and wait for the delivery.The names of the color are very deceiving. We purchased the Mocha which is NOT brown at all. More like a grey with a subtle tint of blue? I absolutely love it. It is very modern looking and its not too firm but it's firm enough to make me feel like it will last a few years.

I'm in love!

My sectional was just delivered a couple of days ago but I love it so much already!! I purchased it the 1st week of Jan and took about 2 whole months before it was delivered. In the meantime I was trying to see if I could find a better couch so I would have to wait that long but nothing else out there compared. It's hard to tell but the corner chair is super deep which I love. I am 5'2 when I sit in the corner my feet doesn't touch the floor. :) I also purchased the warranty which is great because if you don't have to use it in the next 7 years then they refund you the money in a form of a Macy's gift card.

My new sofa makes me happy :)

I just received my complete sofa today, ordered it in store on Feb 2, 2014, and I received the complete sectional on March 28, 2014 (about 8 weeks). I am very happy with the look, please see my pic collage This is the 4 piece Radley in Chrome. (Chase lounge, apartment sofa, corner wedge and end unit). The quality also seems pretty good. My favorite part is the corner wedge, its very deep and a comfy. Im very happy with my purchase so far.

Excellent couch!

Recently purchased this couch to replace an older set in my family room. Fell in love with this couch right away due to the simple / modern style.Purchased in the mocha color and it goes great with the dark wood floors! Another big selling point, was the depth of the couch. I am 6'2" and like the feel of the seat cushions at the back of my knee when i sit. Most of all the 6 piece (w/chaise) gives the whole family ample room to spread out and relax for movie night - even Nelly (our Australian Shepherd) gets a spot!! Thanks Macy's

Just purchased this but excited about getting it delivered. Nice selection of colors to choose from and the couch is soft but not too soft. I like the mix 'n match style options.

Style and Comfort

This sectional is much better in person than online. It has a tailored look with sleek modern lines and pipping, yet it's substantial and VERY comfortable. With the modular design, I was able to order the exact pieces needed to fit my space. Since the pieces are heavy and they lock into each other, the sectional stays tightly together, even on my hardwood floor. We purchased Chrome which is a great neutral, not too white. The textured fabric is nice too, it's soft but does not show any marks. After looking for months, thanks to Macy's, we finally found the perfect sectional at a great value.
