Tankini top a big miss; sizing off

I didn't even try this item on after taking it out of the plastic bag. The tankini top looked way too small & very short for a 16W when I held it up to my chest/body. I ordered an 18W in another brand just in case this was small. Unfortunately, this 16W ran small & sizing was off for me. I usually wear a 16W in all Land's End tankini tops.
