Gorgeous and comfortable!!

I just received my sofa and chaise - i purchased only the small apartment sofa and chaise part of this set for my small condo living room. The 2 pieces will not be connected together due to my layout of the room, and I ordered these 2 pieces in the Heavenly-Oyster color fabric to go with my gray/black/white themed living/dining areas. The fabric is a soft, textured off white color, which looks great with my more modern decor. To sit on them is like sitting on marshmallows! The cushions feel very full and have alot of give (or bounce as I say!) and very comfortable to sit on. Since I don't have kids or animals around, I feel the off white color would not be a problem with showing dirt or hair - but if i had kids or a pet, then i would reconsider a different color. Otherwise, I am very pleased with both the set and the delivery process. I set up a delivery time online, got the email confirmation and as promised, the guys showed up on time. It took a total of about 15-20 min total to get the pieces in, unwrapped, and the pads put on the bottoms of the feet (to protect my wood floor). The guys even had pads with them had i not had my own which i thought was really a good idea. I hope to enjoy these 2 pieces for a long time!

Rhyder 3pc Sectional w/ Chaise

My husband and I bought this sectional end of Summer 2016. Macy's was running one of its special 24mo finance offers and a furniture sale, so it was the perfect time. We initially went to look at a sectional for another room in our house, which we did end up buying as well. Yet when we came across this one and sat down on it, we were immediately sold. I think every house needs that one couch that you can sit on and immediately relax. One of our friends described it as "sitting on a cloud". It's so soft and comfortable, you just sink right into it. We feel it was worth every penny that we spent on it and I know we will have it for a long time. Macy's was great in helping us get set up with a credit card upon purchase and delivery of both sectionals was earlier than we thought and it went very smoothly (we bought this 3pc another 6pc). We've been very pleased with both purchases, but this one especially.

So Happy

I was nervous being this without seeing it in a store, but i got it on sale and was so happy when it came! The dove is the perfect color gray, not too dark or too light, and the fabric is durable, i have 2 kids and haven't noticed any marks on it yet. I did spray it with scotch guard when i got it. the couch is so comfy!! thank you macs again for a great piece of furniture!

Beautiful and Very Comfortable Sectional

We love this sectional. It is so comfortable, you just sink into the cushions. We got the Dove Gray color and it is really beautiful. So far we are very happy with our purchase. As always, the people in the Macy's Furniture Dept. were very easy to deal with and never pushy.

Love it!

Extremely comfortable. We went with 3pc L shape. Dove was the perfect color. We sat in other similar priced sectionals at the store and this was definitely our favorite.

Big Comfy Couch

We went to Macy's so I could show my other half another sectional I had seen earlier in the week. We almost didn't go because it was the one I liked the least. Boy am I glad we did because the Rhyder was there this time. It had just hit the floor the day before. As soon as I sat down, I knew it was the one. We purchased the 5 piece sectional with the chaise in Dove Gray at the end of October 2016. We received it the first week of December (by choice...they were ready to deliver it in November) and so far, so good. We LOVE our sectional and so do our friends & family. Everyone talks about how extremely comfortable it is. It can fit 9 adults comfortably, which was important for us because we're always entertaining. Not to mention the price was awesome. I almost spent 2-3xs the price on a sectional elsewhere that would've taken two months longer to deliver. This was the best decision ever!

Excellent Sectional for Narrow Entryway

We wanted a large couch for our oversized upstairs bedroom above the garage and this one was perfect! It fit through the 29" door of the bedroom. The kids can relax and watch TV. Two people can even sleep on it is is so soft and deep. The stone is a nice light gray khaki color that would fit most decor. The fabric is like corduroy but very soft. The thing I wa s most concerned about in buying furniture from Macy's was the delivery because their prices are so reasonalbe and I have to say the two guys, Nestor and Nelson who deliver the furniture are so careful and accommodating. They are great and so is our sale person Judith Shiffer. They all really try to help you get what you like and need and I appreciate it! The furniture is first quality compared with what you can get an an actual furniture-only store. I would not hesitate in buying any other furniture from Macy's!
