Ricardo Avalon Carry On - great addition
This is exactly the size and type and pockets I wanted in my carry on luggage. I will be taking it on a trip soon and like the ease of which it rolls. The handle extension is perfect for both my husband and me since he's much taller than I am and doesn't have to hunch over it.

Unable to Cancel Order
It is impossible to cancel an online order after the 15-30 second window after placing one's order. The recording when contacting Macy's said to return it for a refund. I was unable to pick it up due to issues with transportation. I just hope that I receive a refund after not picking it up.
Well designed carry-on!
The details that have gone into creating this softside carry-on are wonderful. In addition to having one side's divider with a half wet enclosure and the other half mesh enclosure, they also have included a snap-on environmentally friendly TSA approved see-through makeup case on the main opening side, which is only available in the 20-inch carry-on size. The wheels work beautifully as do the handles with choice of height. And of course there are TSA locks which I always want. Although it comes in three solid colors (black, blue, grey), I chose the 4th choice, Serengeti Night patterned fabric for two reasons: I think the leaf pattern would hide any dirt but mainly because I bought this particular suitcase for an upcoming African Safari to the Serengeti. It was meant to be. I had to have it and I love it!

Practical design regarding functionality and organization of interior pockets; main packing compartment has sturdy clothing compression strap; one waterproof zip pocket, and one removal TSA pouch. Main compartment design take-up less space, and fits better on a luggage rack without unpacking👍😁

Rolls easy and well balanced. Doesn't tip like some other brands.
Perfect size
Really glad I purchased this Ricardo 20” luggage when it was on sale. It’s lightweight and has convenient outside pockets. The wheels glide smoothly and easy to maneuver. Very roomy inside to pack all your essentials.

Carry-on dimensions
Well made but larger than expected, the 20" bag with wheels exceeds the 22" carry-on restrictions on some airlines (as well as the 9"depth) though I haven't had problems getting it on planes. Most airlines don't strictly enforce but be aware.
