Overall it was excellent Joe from Camp Hill took care of me and the lady in New Jersey the manager help me out tremendously

Perfect except for broken salad plate

Very elegant but 1 salad plate was broken on arrival. Macy’s not letting me message them to request replacement/refund. I am upset at having my beautiful set delivered damaged. Unsure how to fix this problem

Stunning Old Country Roses

I’ve had this gorgeous china pattern for almost 30 years and it’s all still perfect condition . It mixes beautifully with other china patterns and other Royal Albert . Its gorgeous. We added the Christmas plates to it and other serving pieces. It makes a beautiful tablescape.
