Pendant is beautiful, but chain arrived knotted. I tried for nearly an hour to untangle but to no avail. Called to ask if I could return just the chain, they said no must return the entire item at a UPS store. Then they asked how I was going to pay for the new item! I said I already paid in full and was told I had to pay again, and they would refund my original payment after I paid the second time. Really a shame what has become of Macy's customer service after decades as a customer. My only option now is to break the knotted chain and buy a new one. Zero stars, but they make you choose at least one!

With appropriate words it makes a touching gift.

The pendent is attractive but would have been better with a higher grade, redder ruby, with cuts to produce more sparkle, even at a slightly higher cost.

Cute heart, nice rubies, and good solid size!

It’s a really nice heart. The ruby’s shine bright in light. It’s a solid piece. It’s a decent size and noticeable. I love it so much bc it’s different from a lot of hearts pendants. Im happy I bought it!
