Just As Captivating as the First Book

The students at Downey House are back for a new school year. With the nervousness in the past, boundaries are tested. Author Jenny Colgan continues her charming boarding school series with the second installment, Rules at the School by the Sea. It appears that even the headmistress is caught up in the aftermath of an age-old secret. Teacher Maggie Adair continues to find herself tempted by a teacher at Downey Boys despite being engaged to her steady boyfriend back home in Scotland.
