order online/shoes

Ordered shoes online. Went to pick them up and the lady said she just cancelled the order. I received the email that the item was cancelled while I was standing in front of the lady at Macy's. Why she couldn't get the shoes and give them to me I have no idea. I would think something could have been done in their system to reverse the cancellation on the item. She didn't even try or ask for a manager.

Great shoe

I saw the sale and thought wow great value. I did read the reviews and bought a size down the reviews were correct they do run big so do what the reviews say. I really like the look and comfort plus the brand speaks for itself. The color awesome!

Uncomfortable

I normally wear size 6 but got 6.5 instead which was ok, not too big nor small. The issue for me was the fabric, it was too itchy and got some blisters! You can probably wear it with socks but that defeats the purpose of sandals for summer. I wanted to return it but I already used it. Used it only once and I will now bring it to Goodwill…. Not worth my money.
