Careful. You may not get a backpack.
The bag would've been good if it was an actual backpack. I contacted customer service asking them to send straps for the back but now that I consider it that may not resolve the issue. There's no place up top for straps to go. I really want them to send me what I paid for. They want you to send it back for inspection first.

I really love this bag!
I love how this bag can be used is different ways. I love to use this as a backpack easy to take on plane and for trips. I highly recommend this product. I also use this as everyday use for personal purse and take lunch.

Wow!!!
Wow!!! What to say!! This bag is amazing! Comes with 3 outside pockets! One of them has a pen slot which is amazing for me as I'm always struggling to look for a pen!! The inside of the bag has a mesh zip up pocket which is great!! Also has a divider to split the big items up with!!! The material is great since it is water resistant!! I love that I can choose five different ways to carry this my favorite is definitely the shoulder way but there's so many other ways you can do it the clutch is really convenient when on the go handheld and cross body are great ideas. The backpack will come in great need while on vacation with the family easy to have everything we need and easy to transport. Love it
I love this bag for many reasons. It's a sleek stylish design, with plenty of room for your laptop plus other smaller personal item's. Having to travel often it's made my life easier to keep certain items in my bag that I don't want to put in luggage. It has variety of storage space, extra straps to convert that also attach to my spinner. Very nice overall and highly recommend.

Good product!
This backpack is great. The best parts about it is that it is a convertible style so there are various ways to use itn you can carry it by the handles, as a backpack, as a purse, as a crossbody , or a clutch. It holds up to a 15.6 inch laptop but it is almost too small for it. The bag didn't come with instructions to do the straps for the backpack so I had to look it up online and once that was done, I was able to carry it the way I wanted. The bag is not extremely insulated but I haven't had any issue of damage to my computer. One of the best pros is that it has looottsss of compartments. This bag is very versatile and it seems that it is sturdy and will last a long time . I would recommend this product to others.

From business to personal this is the bag
Since I received this bag I've used it for both business and personal. It is very spacious and looks very stylish. The perfect bag for all your needs and its also day to day user friendly. The only downside is the loop for the back pack strap. As it was designed for you to have to use the top handle as a strap/loop. It be nice to have the same three anchor points. Other than that I think this bag is great.
