Thoughts after 5 flights
This is my first soft carry-on, and I really like it. I travel about 1-2 times per month on business. Compared to the hard case options that I had in the past, I prefer this model. I can pack more in the suitcase, and I don't need to deal with scuffs. I have flown United and Southwest, both overhead compartments fit this suitcase when full and expanded. The handle is also pretty sturdy, as I have a backpack for my laptop that I will carry on top of this suitcase.

Quality luggage
Samsonite Pro is a well made quality carry on luggage. It comes with many compartments and has enough room to fit a sports jacket for business travel. I highly recommend this for short business travel trips.

Pro Large Expandable Spinner is not Large
I purchased two pieces of luggage ("Upside Softside Medium Spinner" and "Samsonite Pro Large Expandable Spinner") because I wanted a 'medium' piece and a 'large' piece of checked luggage. I received both bags at the same time.. The "Pro .Large .." appears to be well made. But, I am upset - extremely disappointed - because the name "Pro Large Expandable Spinner is misleading. ...". To my surprise and disappointment, the "Pro Large ..." is not much larger than the "Upside ... Medium..". When I opened both packages, the "Pro Large .." appeared to be about the same size as the "Upside ... Medium. So I measured the "Pro Large ..." luggage. The actual dimensions of the "Pro Large ..." is smaller than the dimensions stated on the tag and in your literature. I wanted/needed a large piece of luggage for an upcoming trip. I do not need two pieces of luggage that are practically the same size. I did not splurge to end up without a "large" piece of luggage. I do not have time to return the "Pro Large Expandable Spinner" to you and get piece of luggage before I go away that is actually larger than a medium piece of luggage. But I will return it upon my return.

Everything you’d ever need. Multiple smaller compartments inside the main pocket and in the front for smaller objects.
