Love but a little disappointed

I love that I received my item on time. The luggage is just what my daughter wanted. I was disappointed in how it was delivered. It wasn't in a box or in plastic. The luggage should have been covered.

Other occasion to buy:BEWARE! I will be returning this luggage. I did not use it because it was made with cancer causing chemicals and can also cause reproductive harm. If it requires a warning, the product is unsafe. A lot of products made today contain this harmful chemical!

Hoping for more

I got to the store to find my luggage scratched and already outside of a plastic. Is that how they sell it? It looked dirty and used. I haven’t used yet. I have a major overseas trip- thinking about returning and getting one with packaging. Besides I need to test zippers and alarm. Who knows what is next.
