The bass is very solid and not too over powering.

During movies or TV shows, the sub woofer is firm and solid sounding, but also not too over powering and rattle sounding. The voices are clear and pronounced. With music, the volume is set well with most all versions of music and didn't drown out other aspects of the music when it comes to high and low tones. Very satisfied with this product and looking forward to buying another soon!
