Beautiful but Sharp Edges

Beautiful textured/distressed look to these napkin rings. Really wanted the circular ones that are similar but they are sold out. So ended up ordering the stars. They are very nice and will look beautiful with any table setting. Only reason I dropped one star was that they have sharp edges and I can see someone cutting themselves on them. I will ask my husband to take a look a possibly sand the edges to avoid this happening. The manufacturer should have put a coating of some sort to avoid these sharp edges. I will keep them anyway as long as I can soften the edges.
