Shabby looking

These placemats looks exactly like pictured. When I choose them I couldn’t see the picture clearly, the ends had looked more lace like and pretty, now that I have them, I don’t like them. They look like they were made with leftover materials and are made anyhow anyhow without care. They are very raw and shabby looking in my opinion. The middle is ok but not great, it’s the ends with the leather that I don’t like. The didn’t keep the leather on one side, they flip flap it and it’s not set smooth. They are made with 50% cotton and 50% leather and can only be spot cleaned which says to me I can’t use them daily but they are not nice for me for special occasion. I don’t like them but others may.
