Great Experience

Purchased the mattress from Macy Home Store here in Las Vegas, NV. Sales Associate Tracy Newmarch was very professional and knowledgeable and spent the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Delivery was on time and the delivery crew did a great job with the install. It's taking a little time for my husband and I getting used to sleeping on the new mattress but each night the mattress seems to be getting softer and more like a 'cozy bed feel' If you are shopping for a mattress go to Macy's as they will help you choose the right fit for you and work within your budget. Excellent value and great comfort

We bought this in a twin size for our 8 year old grandson. He loves it and says "It is so soft."

Good deal

I did't get the best quality mattress because I am leaving my options open if I move to another state. This was a good deal due to it may be a temporary purchase. It is a decent deal for this price but no comparison to my original mattress that I had over ten years.

Solid

Originally we got the 9" box spring but with the 14" mattress, I had to use a step stool to climb in the bed. We got the 4 1/2" and it was much better. I wish Macy's offer more than two box spring sizes. I think a 6" one would have been perfect for my bed frame.

foundation color is perfect for my space

love that this is black, goes well in my room. Especially loved the White Glove Delivery service. Genaro, Jesus and Francisco did a great job!
