Surprisingly perfect purchase!

They are soooo comfortable!! Not to soft not too hard. Nice and cool on the outside. I was definitely surprised bc of purchasing online than rather in a store that they were so nice. They are a bit larger than a traditional king. More wide than long.

Jumbo pillows

I only received 1 pillow. I called and was given a $14.67 refund for a $59 purchase. I called back to express my dissatisfaction with this outcome, so I asked to speak to a supervisor and the operator hung up on me. I have been a Macy's customer and cardholder for several years and this treatment is unacceptable.
