Garbage

Total garbage now. The cartridges stink to high heaven. Need unscented ones. Turning down, the dial does not help. The light on the nozzle is trash and barely lights anything up. The hair and lint constantly clogs op the cone in the canister at the top before the canister is even 1/4 full. I want the old models back. Sick of cheap overpriced garbage. Disgusting and wasteful to produce trash like this.

Beast (not in a good way)

The absolute worst product I’ve ever purchased. If you value your physical and mental health don’t buy. It’s a beast in the worst way. The only positives are the odor neutralizer and light. The floor detect does not work. The buttons to change floor type are located so you accidentally bump them all the time. Terrible maneuverability and heavy. The accessory hose has zero flexibility so the vacuum tips on you when trying to use the wand. The upholstery device is powered by suction so immediately stops working when you touch a surface. I could go on and on. The worst vacuum I’ve owned. I’m so angry every time I use it.

Best vacuum ever

This is one of the best vacuums that I have ever had. Now buying additional one for my daughter. The power that the vacuum has is unbelievable. All the attachments are great & are very useful. Very lite weight and so easy to use. I really like the feature that it is able to get the dirt along the edges & corners. An amazing design.

Love this vacuum. Heavy pet home and lots of dust. This vacuum makes my life so much easier. It is a little heavy and when it's on carpet it has a decent pull.

Excellent for Pet Fur!

It is amazing!!! Cleans like crazy. Lots of plastic but I guess needed to make it more lightweight. Con : cord is too stiff and stays coiled when vacuuming. I’m constantly untangling it.

InCREDIBLE!!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and can’t stop using it! I absolutely LOVE this machine! I was using a Shark that I bought, 12 years ago and thought I loved that one! This one, feels bougie with the extra cleaning boost and clean air filter it has. It is a heavier machine but if that’s what it takes to feel like a Clean Queen, then I don’t mind at all! Hope it lasts as long as my previous Shark!

Don’t bother!

Hate this vacuum. These reviews have got to be filtered because this vacuum is awful. Every time it gets stuck on a rug it turns red and you have to re power. The extension is terrible and barely stretches, it keeps dropping the whole vacuum. So last time it fell I just kicked it. Hate it so much, complete waste of money. Pay the extra and get the Dyson.

Nice vacuum

I bought the Shark® POWERDETECT™ Upright Vacuum with DuoClean Detect™ Technology Model: AZ4002W. I had the shark pet vacuum and the robot for a few years . When I got divorced my wife took them so I bought this model . It picks up great but the detect part that changes the suction I don't see it working as I mentioned we had 2 shark product already. My carpets were only a few years old and was top quality carpets and when my wife moved out I had the whole house shampoo . The new vacuum always has the blue light on saying it still dirty and I vacuumed the same spot for seral minutes and it never changed to the white light. I don't think my carpets were that dirty seeing they were shampoo and we were using the pet vacuum and the robot. I have had this vacuum for several months and vacuum every week as it only me in the house . And I got to say that section thing don't work or it a gimmick. Other than that issue I feel the vacuum works good . I recently got a rescue dog and it really pick up her hair. Over all I think it a good vacuum with good suction.
