Pretty, but not comfortable

I was so excited for this chair to come, but I was SO disappointed when I sat in it. I was hoping for soft and comfortable cushions that I would be able to recline and relax in, but that's not what I got at all. The cushions are hard and the chair feels cheap when you sit in it. I will be returning this, unfortunately.

CHair not holding up

I was excited to receive this recliner. Loved the red color. I a great size. Not too big not too small. Putting the chair together was a breeze. However the back rest is not standing straight and is in reclined position even without we pushing it back. Also the chair is slightly tilted on one side. BTW we received the chair in December have been using it for about 2 months now.

It's Pretty

We purchased this chair in light grey. It is a tweed style fabric with dark threads that pick up our dark grey sectional but the color is light enough not to clash with the couch. We are very pleased with the look of the chair. It's smaller and lower to the ground than we thought but it works well in our small room. The recline feature is smooth. The cushion is firm. The assembly of this chair was problematic as the holes were not all the way drilled through so we had to drill ourselves, right through the upholstery, in order to connect the head rests and arms. The directions are not as clear as they could be, we have installed dishwashers, dryers and disposals and this caused more swearing than any of those projects! Despite the hardship assembly caused we like the chair and we are pleased with our purchase.
