Disappointed

Not plush at all. Very firm mattress. Disappointed.

Looks are Deceiving

I bought this mattress for my seven year old granddaughter. It feels like laying on cardboard really. The "plush" pillow top is not plush at all and does not add any extra comfort. It is also described as being stuffed with AirCool Foam. It is not cooling at all. My granddaughter says it's awful and I will agree with her. Thumbs down on this mattress. I am returning it even though I have to pay money to do it.

Quality not as expected

Not happy with this mattress. Bought this on sale thinking it has a nice cooling effect like stated in the description. But this mattress felt very hot to sleep on. I could not feel any cooling effect and it was too soft. On top of that this mattress had a bad chemical smell that did not go away even after a few days letting it air out. Even though Macy´s customer service was very kind to help with my return, we need to pay for pickup and restocking fee. Would not recommend this mattress.

comfortable support mattress

I was a little nervous trying something new , but I’m glad I did . This mattress is comfortable and supportive.
