Poor Macy on-line purchasing

I love the product but my negative rating refers to Macy on-line purchase. I ordered the merchandise 11-10-24 to arrive for my anniversary 11-22-24. However, it never arrived! I had to go to the store and purchase it in person. This is very upsetting and I will never again use Macy on-line service. On top of that, I got better price in store! Very frustrating and disappointing. I feel, as good Macy customer, I should be compensated in some way for this negative experience. Prof. D. Petkovic
