Poor shipping and delivery.

The first order never showed up. A UPS label was printed but package never shipped. I told Macy's and they ordered another pair of shoes and said it would be delivered within 2-3 days. Then there was a notice that the second pair of shoes were being delayed and I still haven't received them. I would like to review the shoes but it is impossible without having the shoes.
