Support doesn't last

Initially had great arch support and felt very comfortable. So much so that I even ordered a second pair. After just a few weeks of normal wear though they started to feel less supportive and don't seem to have that good arch for any longer. In fact, they're now making my feet hurt from lack of support. I'm very disappointed that these shoes only held up to their claim for a few weeks. I expected better at that price point.
