Lightweight and Warm!

This blanket is well constructed, with a very soft outer cover, sewn-through construction across the entire blanket, and nicely done hems. Its lightness is misleading though, because it is very warm. It doesn't seem like it should be, but the filling, which is listed on the tag as 50% wool / 50% polyester, offers a lot of warmth, regulates heat well, and breathes well too. Definitely recommend for those looking for warmth without bulk and/or weight.

Great for cooler month - not for winter

This blanket is lovely. I love the soft fabric. Its not puffy like those annoying comforters that are simply bulky but not exactly warm. I would use this in autumn but not in the winter. you would need two of these for winter. Would buy more on sale.

I want another one...

Just received this - and product reviews were spot-on: it is lightweight and warm. Very nice quality and feel. Love the scalloped pattern. I purchased the twin and am considering ordering another. Would be nice to have other color options, otherwise, extremely happy with this product.

wow! the perfect blanket! bought twice!

I bought for my daughter to attend college in upper NY and loved it so much came back and bought another for myself. My mom slept under it and bought one for herself. Its that kind of blanket!
