Sound great but TEMPERaMENTALly unreliable
I had them replaced after just a few months. Now the LEFT EARBUD cuts out. 🤬 What’s so great about great earbuds if they are super unreliable?

Good product but...
I'm generally happy with the wireless earphones. However, when I make or pick up calls, the receiver says that my voice is muffled. No sure why this happens

Great earbud
i bought a month ago, the noice cancelling is quite good. i used in the plane and functioned well with transmitter, not very optimal like headphones, but ok.

Great noise cancelling and smart features
One of the best noice cancelling, the code for transmitted LDAC lucky provided by Sony, supported my A55 samsung I really appreciated . Not many people know this to hear the best sound experience. The sound bass one of my favorite. I wish the earbuds more flat on surface, it quite hard to click in, especially when where scarft outside. One more, the battery hope Sony may improved , the durability more long because is quickly exhaust for 8 hours. However there is smart features where we can accept call or decline call, include tapping to change music

Poor reception
bought and received it earlier this month, the sound reception has been intermittently disconnecting, disrupted and distorted.

Works great for a stationary person
I bought these and used them for a week and had to purchase a replacement as I grew more and more frustrated. First Impressions were amazing; straight out of the box they are amazing the spatial awareness was impressive and they work great for phone calls. Though majority of my headphone use is active use. As in working out, biking, or working outside. Once I started to move these slip out of my ears. They required constant adjusting when running it seemed every 100 yards I would have to reposition them. When performing weightlifting I had to turn all the smart features off as they kept pausing my music. While performing simple things like pushups they would fall out. Not to mention while sitting at my desk at work the left ear bud would skip for about 3 seconds every minute which was driving me up a wall. I really wanted they ear buds to work as they reminded me of my old galaxy buds I used to love but these are not made for active lifestyles. If you are using them for wearing in the office or for flying on plane, I believe they will work fine but if you find yourself using them in active scenarios I recommend to keep looking.

Don't bother.
1st WF-1000XM5 that i received was returned as there are noise transferring from left 2 right. Sony refunded, 2nd pc, i got it from Sony sommerst, it is has the same issue. It is especially occuring when i am in the train. The bluetooth connection is really bad. i thought this is the best range but i have to deal with it. Apparently this is a norm for this.

Value for money
Bought it recently and it had a good sound quality. However there are times the connections interrupted.
