Zipper broke

We purchased the navy duvet, not a true navy but have used and it is super soft, went to take off to wash and the zipper broke. Only have had since November of 2023 so for 3 month's, not too happy.

poor zipper quality

Purchased in August 2023, I opened the product to use November 2023. The zipper was already broken. I passed the timeframe to return the product. Poor quality zipper. I would provide zero stars if I could!!!!!

My quilts fit perfectly inside my California king size. . It looks amazing and I would not change it. buy it
