Poor transfer of the decal--blurry

These bowls are large and nicely shaped, but the transfer of the Christmas tree is terrible. They are blurry...not crisp transfers. Of course, they are not manufactured in England like traditional Spode, but I have seen Spode products from China whose Christmas Tree prints rival the old school products from England. I would send back if I did not get them so cheaply because they look....cheap.

Broken China and No Frangos

We ordered 12 rice bowls and 4 were shattered on arrival because they were poorly packed. We returned them all…. Just easier than going thru the motions of getting replacements. And while I have you available for comment, Macy’s is not meeting my expectations. Your cosmetics counters are not adequately staffed and are poorly stocked. Additionally, I was disappointed to find I could not buy 1lb boxes of Mint Chocolate Frangos here in Charlotte at SouthPark Mall, our largest most prominent mall, or Northlake Mall. Macy’s is the custodian of the famous Marshall Field Frangos and I expect to find them in your stores. You stocked the other less popular Frangos but not the traditional green box mints. Please know many of us who have lived in Chicago and the Midwest are now in the Carolinas and still love Frangos!!!!
