Never Received

Unfortunately, I can't make a review because I ordered this along with the kitchen shears and never received this item. It's very disappointing because another was supposed to be shipped to me, however I never received that one either. at this point, I would just like a refund.

terrible

Useless basically! I bought it hoping that I could avoid the squeezing action of a regular garlic press because my thumbs hurt from arthritis however, this tool is pretty much useless doesn’t work.

Never received 😢

I ordered this earlier this month and I never received it. I was disappointed but I’m even more so with how Macy’s has NOT handled the cancellation. I have contacted customer service twice and still haven’t received my refund. Instead, they are passing the buck and now I have to contact the maker of this item to get my refund. It really isn’t much about the amount but the lack of responsibility Macy’s claims to have in this matter. I’m just glad I didn’t spend more than I did for this. I’m very disappointed with Macy’s at this time.
