Super duper comfy! This is a dream recliner!

I love this chair! It has modern look and awesome reclining options (including a separate button to adjust headrest). This chair is not too bulky and has a very comfy fabric. I tried this chair at Macy's store and I just wanted to sit in it forever. I have been looking for a recliner for so long but I didn't like anything. The other recliners were too bulky or ugly/old-fashioned or I didn't like the material. I don't like leather recliners because the leather chair feels cold in a cold weather and the opposite. This recliner has a very soft and comfy material. It is as soft as my cat's fur. When you just sit down in this recliner it already feels super comfy. But pushing recline buttons makes your sitting experience even more amazing. One set of buttons control the foot rest and back of the chair (the foot rest goes up first and then the back of the chair slowly goes back). The other set of buttons controls the head rest. The ability to control the head rest is awesome. Your neck is not getting tired and your head feels comfortable. When chair is fully reclined you can practically fall asleep there. I am also happy with my recliner order, delivery and installation process. I ordered my recliner at macys.com and in 7 days it got delivered to me. The installation process was fast and easy. The delivery guys (Nilton and the other guy) were accurate and polite. I love Macy's and I am always happy with my shopping experience there. But I never bought furniture from Macy's before and I was a little bit worried about it. But I can say that my furniture shopping experience was very satisfying. I definitely recommend this product if you are looking for a comfy and relaxing recliner.

Great Recliner So Far

Bought this a few weeks ago and it's just perfect for our needs. Extremely comfortable for everyone in our family (from 5'5" to 6'2") because of the adjustable headrest. Delivery was prompt and easy. Electric mechanism is working well getting daily use. Very happy with our purchase so far.

Fantastic Chair

I had been looking for a recliner for months and this is the first one that I instantly loved. I had to wait a few weeks for delivery but that was okay. Delivery was simple; they showed up 30 minutes early and easily set up my chair in minutes. The reason I like this chair the most is that it's footprint isn't too big and it fits nicely in the small-ish space I have for it. It sits a foot or so from the wall and easily reclines fully. The fabric is super soft and looks great. It's also super comfortable, comfy enough for me to fall asleep in actually. Once you sit in it a bit you can tell its quality construction. I love the powered reclining and like that it reclines nearly flat. The leg piece that reclines out is a single piece and feels very solid or sturdy, which was important to me. The head rest that adjusts seperately though is my second most favorite thing about the chair. It's incredible and helps support my neck perfectly. The USB plug for my phone and tablet is an awesome bonus too. Overall...... Absolutely, most definitely recommend this chair.

Don’t buy, you’ll be sorry!

I bought two of these recliners. In less than a week, we put our elbows through the arm rest, on BOTH chairs. The tech that came out said the arm rests are made from thin plywood, poor quality. It’s too bad, because these chairs are extremely comfortable and look great!

Buyer be ware......

This chair is poor quality. The wood in the middle of the arms gave way after only three times of using it. When I tried it in the store it seemed very comfortable but now I realize I was just a tired shopper and anything would have felt good. . I’m 5’ 8” and when the chair is reclined my head is low on the headrest and the lumbar support is in the middle of my back when it should be lower. The leg extension is a good length but I’m realizing I actually prefer chairs that have a space in the foot rest. I suspect over time there may be an issue in the middle of the leg/ foot support (ie fabric ripping). The most sad thing is I did the Zero percent financing and I’ll be paying for sub par construction for a year. Don’t buy unless you are okay with poor quality.

Needs work

I agree with other customers. One of my armrests is broken and I was told my chair needs to be replaced. Once they contact me, I think I will upgrade to a leather recliner.

Great chair!

I love this chair. It’s so comfortable and everything works well-looks good too. I hate the bulky looking ones. I hope to enjoy this chair for a long time.

Smallest one I could find to fit into small room. Comfortable and easy to use.
