Teardrop CZ Earrings

Theses earrings are stunning! They are more beautiful in person and they match the dress I also purchased from Macys.com which I am wearing for my son’s wedding. Delivery was quick and I had no issues with my order. The earrings were carefully and securely packaged. I highly recommend this seller. Thank you.

WARNING: NOT A MACY’S PRODUCT!!!

I ordered these earrings online. When they arrived, one of them was damaged. I called Macy’s customer support to get a reshipment when I was informed that they were sold by a 3rd party. When I then asked for a refund, they said I would have to pay to ship the earrings back to the 3rd party seller before I could get a refund. I asked why I couldn’t just return them to any Macy’s store, but they insisted that they would not accept a return, and that it had to be shipped to the 3rd party seller. I was under the impression that since I’m ordering from Macy’s website, that they would be the ones responsible for items sold on it. But apparently that’s not the case. A total headache that made me not even want the earrings at all anymore!!!
