This smells horrible

I have always used this cleanser but this last purchase, it smells horrible. I don’t know if ingredients changed but the smell is unpleasant. I really hope this is just a bad batch, otherwise I will have to find something else

So disappointed

This was my go to cleanser for the past few years and I absolutely loved it. I was very disappointed in my most recent order though. It seems like the formula may have changed because the smell of the product was terrible. After two uses I started breaking out in red bumps on my face. I go to Sunday Riley for my full skincare routine because it’s usual great for sensitive skin

Formula change, awful smell

I have been using this product for years and recommended to friends many times, would've previously have given it 5 stars. Unfortunately, the formula seems to have changed. The smell is terrible, the product feels much thinner, and my face felt like it was burning after use.

Please go back to the old smell and formula

I don’t know what changed, but the last few ceramic slip cleansers are not the same formula. The smell is not good and it seems a bit thinner. I may need to look for a new cleanser unfortunately, and this has been a staple for me for several years at this point.

This was my favorite for years..no longer

I loved the old formula and used it daily. I’ve been using the new formula since March and it is not effective anymore. It smells awful. I’ve gotten past that, but my skin is not responding well to this formula. My skin texture is rough and I’m breaking out much more frequently. Does anyone know of something similar to the old version?

Not the same

I have been using this for a while. I am not happy with the smell. Please fix to where there is no smell. That’s why only 3 stars. The smell thing is a big thing when deciding whether to purchase. I had to come to the website to read the reviews to find out, I am not the only person that finds the smell really bad. To me it smells like mold. Which I am allergic to mold. Please return to no smell. The look is different from previous products. The product has a look more of a muddy consistency than the traditional white. If I were to recommend to a friend I would have to mention the smell, look is unappealing.
