Never received was refused a expedited delivery

Poor customer service, I asked to speak to a supervisor, was treated second rate.

Order

Partof my order didn't arrive at all and when I called to check I was told they they would resend it I would have it by Friday but that didn't happen either. So called back to cancel and was told it was canceled and the order was still shipped to me.

Delivered smelling very horrible!

They arrived smelling really bad like they were sitting in sewar water. They seem new and unused. But smelled very bad. I will be returning them. I did not use these sheets.
