It wasn’t as soft as expected

Ordered online, wasn’t as soft and felt plastic like so returned jt at store. But looks great. For aesthetics it’s ideal

Another keeper

Colors are grear, definitely needs a pad, took a while to get the edging to lay flat. Overall happy with the rug especially for the price.

Carefully check the measurement photo taken,

- too thin for rug, Carefully check the picture of measurement - return policy (7 days with dealer's permission), not align with Macy's policy

2 rugs, different quality

I purchased 2 of these rugs, one 5.3 x 7.3 that was a sample in store. It is very nice, thick and plush, no pad needed. I’m very happy with it in my dining room. I ordered a larger 7x10 at the same time for my adjacent living room. It is very thin, doesn’t lay flat, it buckles, it definitely needs a pad and looks cheap next to the smaller one. I will probably return both of them as I wanted the 2 rugs to match. First time I’ve posted a bad review.

Recommend this rug

I'm very pleased with this rug and am using it in front entrance hallway. Note, it has a rubber backing, so I am not using a rug pad. It stays in place on my tile floor. Very pretty colors and a transitional decorating pattern.

Beautiful

This rug is beautiful and since I can read, I knew right away that this rug is the size of a doormat based on the description that says 2’x3’. It looks great in my home.

Not as advertised in photos

Order this rug for my studio and was extremely disappointed opening it. The pictures and info make it appear to be bigger than it actually is. I thought I was getting a decent area rug in a slight smaller size but what I got is no bigger than a doormat. My experience with Macy’s has went from 5 stars to 1.
