Beautiful necklace, however I'm giving it a 4 star not to Swarovski the brand itself, but for Macy's on how the packaging was delivered, Necklace was loose out the box, when package was opened it slipped out the bag, it wasn't inside the box. such a pricey item for such horrible packaging.
