Swarovski ring

Very disappointed - was sent the wrong ring (baguette - not round crystal rings) and when I asked for the correct one I was told it was out of stock - however the ring I originally ordered is still on the website as available. I bought it on sale and it appears to me that it is available but only at the original price - this is very disappointing!
