Missing buttons!

I purchased two sweaters, 1 navy and the other white. The navy fit fine and no missing buttons in a large hanger plastic bag., the other white sweater with navy trim was M but far too small and there were missing buttons. Evidently it had been returned? I want the same sweater but in size L and with ALL THE BUTTONS! I shall make the return and exchange. Thank you. It's a lovely sweater, sleeves are a bit long.
